IT DID REALLY TAKE ME A WEEK TO COLOR THIS. .... *died and came back to life at some point* Leodrake churned up a fun quote on the lineart of this page (speaking of which, I moved the lineart to facebook.) I'm not sure what this is quoted from. "May you be granted what you truly need, may you have the wisdom to recognize it, and may you have the willpower to accomplish it." It seemed accurate. The fish does not give Vidu the answer to his problem. Instead, she gives Vidu a destiny, he recognizes it, he accomplishes it ... but that particular destiny exacts a nasty price, ultimately finding Vidu tied to a toilet. That's how this whole legend thing is going to play out over the next two chapters. TWC: I'm not leaving you hanging. Here's the lineart with word bubbles of the next page. The wolf is a horrible brat. <3 The fish is the God Father of this entire comic. ... I think that leaves Vidu along for the ride. THERE ARE UNDER 10 PAGES LEFT TO GO IN CHAPTER 2 OH MY GOSH. The characters and set up are unique and adorable with funny moments, but also true moments of sentiment. And when you introduced the story-telling style for the wolf, bird, and fish, I could have peed my pants with happiness. Kind of like how I actually peed my pants laughing at the menstruation panels.
