D00R : TG 090 Posted on 22 Jun 2011 06:08 pm by blix TWC: sketch of a panel from the next page. Snarling wolf made me smile. c: XD Vidu would deserve it if the wolf bit him... you'll see why.
Also, I've edited the past two pages twice. oAo I don't think my writing was clear enough. There are three characters involved in the written parts. There is Vidu, the wolf, and a first person narrator. The edits were to try and make it more obvious that all words in quotations were belonging to Vidu, all words outside of quotations were belonging to the narrator. The wolf did not speak on the last page. (Yes, this chapter, you WILL discover who the narrator is, and why they tell this story, and to who. X3)
I happen to /love/ your writing style. It has a beautiful, mythic feel to it (fitting, since it's a creation myth). I find myself caring about the characters very deeply, and I also find the plot to be very inspiring. That all this is paired with some of the most breathtaking art on the internet is just another massive plus. Keep it up and don't listen to the trolls. <3
I can't say that the comic isn't confusing; it is. However, I rather enjoy it; I want to continue reading to find out what is going on. Also, I believe you've said multiple times that this is meant to be read all at once, not one page a week.
One more thing: hola, Jety. Did not know you read this comic.
You really hit the nail there, Max. XD This type of comic isn't your typical narrative where every page is its own individual short story and, voila, done until the next update. Each page is actually a part of something bigger. As a result, people just have to be patient. The answers will come. <3
